So today, on her 44th birthday, she decided to try something new and take my class. She loved it and said she was inspired to come to the gym more and better her life. I live for feedback like this. Workout of the day! SHOULDERS 💪🏼
TRIsets, like supersets but with 3️⃣ exercises.
So you do all 3 exercises with no rest in between, then you rest after the third!

•Bent arm lateral raise 10reps
•Shoulder press w/ bar (you do a press, then put the bar down behind your head, then press back up and go down in front of your face. This is 1 rep) 10reps of that!
•Y press 10reps

Do allllll of that 4 times 😉

Next set:
•Shoulder press w/ bar (heavy) SLOW DECLINE of 6seconds 5reps
•Lateral raises 10reps
•Plate halos 5 in each direction

And do alllll of that 4 times too! 😁

This is a short 30min workout but it is KILLER💀🔥🔥
Pair it with some abs or calves and switch things up!! 🏋🏼


Healthy pancakes!!!! 💪🏼

3/4cup almond milk
1 scoop protein (I use vanilla)
1/2 banana 🍌
3/4cup dry oats

Blend it all up to make the batter, then cook in a pan just like normal pancakes!
Put some I can't Believe it's not Butter spray and some sugar free syrup and you're good to go!! Yum! 🍴
