Learn my favorite sequence for unwinding the lower legs!

You’ll open up, stretch, & release your calves, ankles, feet, etc and hopefully feel the effects throughout your body.

It’s about 12 minutes long and uses a half roller, but you could always roll up a towel to mimic the half roll if you don’t have one.

Find your ability to breathe deeply, get your whole body moving, and release tension in about 15 minutes.

All you need for this full body stretch sequence is a little bit of space and a towel, if you feel balance challenged you may want to have a chair or wall nearby.

You can do this as a movement break, or as a warm up for other activities where you want to be connected to your breath and ready to move.

Lower Back Warm Up (Plus..)
