I offer small group fitness classes, personal training and wellness coaching. Every service I offer is unique and tailored to your unique needs. I represent only myself and don’t sell supplements or other people’s programs. If you’re looking for a custom tailored approach to fitness and overall wellness then you’ve come to the right place. I offer tools for long term lifestyle change, if you’re looking for “quick and easy” my programs aren’t for you.

First, I picked up 3, that’s right! 3 bonus classes at Carefree tomorrow morning 7/21 they are as follows:

10am Muscle

I got the “big girl” job I’ve been striving for the past couple of years which means my Tuesday nights are going to other talented instructors. I have not been informed who they will be or if my formats will change once they’re no longer mine. But the good news is as of this moment the ONLY classes I’m giving up are Tuesday nights. I intend to keep both my Wednesday classes and Fridays until further notice.

Leaping into the week: my updated schedule is below. Unfortunately I will no longer be teaching Monday nights at Carefree. My cycle class was cancelled and I couldn’t continue to sacrifice time with my family for one class. The Monday evening Muscle is no Ampd with a different instructor.

Been working hard to build these glutes. I was always a flat bottomed girl, I can’t even begin to tell you how many times as a child I heard “gosh you have a bony butt!” It was something I’d just come to accept as who I was, but over the past year or so I’ve put some serious effort into building muscle back there and I am so happy with what I’ve built. Just because someone labels us as something doesn’t mean we have to accept it, we can build ourselves to be whatever our heart desires. It won’t ever be easy, but decide for yourself... is it worth it? For me it has been, every bit.

Little man woke up before I finished my workout the other day but needed some extra hugs. So as I have for his whole life, I had him hang on and kept right on going. Finished my set with a 45# “weighted backpack”
In regards to Mountainside reopening. My wedding is this weekend so the earliest I will be returning to work is Tuesday 9/1

Missing my classes, but the silver lining has been my new little workout buddy. We did a Tabata last night with toe taps on the bench with squats in between. He did awesome, and loves copying his mama. Hope you’re finding ways to connect deeper and still get the work in as well.
