Our 80 minutes class combines 30 minutes stretching to release all physical tension and 30 minutes of breath qi gong for recharging and balancing vital qi(chi) energy, it will brings cool head and warm abdominal and 15 minutes of meditation for clear mind and 5 minutes of final stretching.
