My squat! Use your countertop to balance yourself and squat down, just go half way and slowly rise up squeezing your b***y!! Do 10 holding onto the counter, and then try to do some without holding on when you’re ready!! Do these often and you will look great from behind!!

Happy Birthday to my dear MOM in heaven!!! I miss her every day!! She was truly the BEST mom in the whole world and I feel so incredibly blessed..Because of her I am the woman, wife, mother, sister, friend, daughter I am today. Her joy…her unconditional support…kindness…LOVE… raising all 5 of us!!! We always talk about our love for you and cherish the time & memories forever.. She LOVED Thanksgiving and we continue to carry on all of her traditions with our ENTIRE family. I know she will be with us in spirit and that gives me so much comfort!!

Happy Saturday!!! I love to take my weekend mornings just a little bit slower than normal…. Relax, rejuvenate and reset my mind from the week. After my morning coffee, I do a few light stretches and then enjoy a long beach walk. Sometimes with a friend, one of my daughters, my hunny bunny…. or even by myself! Here are a two of my all time favorite stretches. Give them a try today to wake up your body and stretch out your muscles!!

The first is pigeon pose, it opens up and stretches out your hips and thighs. And the next is downward dog, it’s great for stretching out the backs of your legs and shoulders too!
