A lot of my clients who sit at a desk all day usually have VERY tight Hamstring Muscles (upper back part of your leg)...these can wreak havoc on connecting muscles (glutes, lower back etc)
Here's an easy stretch you can do at your desk.....frequently is encouraged ! (notice the back is NOT rounded out)

here's the recipe:
1/4 cup Fresh n' Easy Multi-Grain Organic Pancake Mix
1/4 cup Old Fashioned Oats
1 scoop Whey Protein
3/4 cup (or more) Carbmaster Reduced Sugar Non Fat Milk
Mix..Pour in pan w/ olive oil cooking spray and cook
Top off with Skippy Natural Peanut Butter..a Sliced Banana and Sugar Free Syrup...yum yum...Breakfast of Champs ! :)
