To our customers regarding Covid-19:
Without you, our new and loyal customers, we would not be the shop that we are today. You are our lifeblood and are the sole reason for us being in business. On a normal day we welcome spending time with you, learning about your needs and educating you on the significant purchase of a new firearm, ammunition or accessories and building valuable relationships that we hope will last a lifetime.
Over the past few weeks we have had to adjust our business to accommodate an unusual demand for our services and products. We must weigh this need to serve you and balance it with ensuring that we are providing a safe environment for you, as the customer, and us, as the business owners. We all have families at home that depend on us to remain healthy and safe.
To do this, we have reduced our business hours, now closing at 5pm and by appointment only on Monday. This allows us to work harder, behind the scenes, to source the products you are seeking and also clean our shop so that it is as safe as possible. We may, depending on the progress of Covid-19, further reduce our hours or go to an "appointment only" model temporarily. This has yet to be determined.
Additionally, we understand that many of you are looking for a specific firearm. Unfortunately, our manufacturers are also having difficulty producing and shipping them to us as many are on the same restrictions that we are (some even more restrictive). We will do our very best to accommodate your requests but we may also "have what we have".
Another note, we have seen many of our competitors raise prices to meet demand. While this is understood with regard to the current climate, we strive to provide the same fair pricing that we did before this event. However, some of our prices have been raised by our suppliers and the retail price may reflect that. With some products we have chosen to "eat" that increase knowing that we want you as a customer today and next year. It's about the relationship and the long run for us.
Thank you for letting us earn your business. We will continue to do our best to serve you through this situation and in to the future.

As you are probably aware, we are in the midst of a "high demand" situation for both fi****ms and ammunition. We are working diligently to ensure that we are able to provide the excellent service and selection that you expect from us and are receiving fi****ms and ammunition daily from our vendors.
We are fortunate to have strong relationships within the industry and are in constant communication with our vendors. Without them we wouldn't be here to help you.
You may have also seen some retailers raising their prices to absurd levels, taking advantage of the demand, and your need. While we are seeing slightly higher prices from our vendors, we will continue providing very fair, and realistic, pricing to you.
We are here for you and want to maintain that great relationship.
