a passion for winning. Without knowing it, LF SW:AT was born while recording epic and forever memorable moments on the battlefield. During our first few games, an elite few were joined by fate where we dominated the game in several aspects. Erratic game play has been a specialty and catered by many on the team. Our team is not your average field domination team that puts itself before all else. We are a group of dedicated players with a common goal. We aspire to maintain a support group of honorable and talented players that can aid fellow members when needed. We do not have one leader but instead an organization of Generals with different ranks that utilize different platforms and play style. We believe all members of our team are uniquely skilled in their own ways and we strive to make our members leaders themselves. On our team, it doesn’t matter who you are, only what you will become. Remember S.H.E.R.I.F.F.:

1 - Safety - LF SW:AT Members must be safe at ALL times, wear eye protection and treat all airsoft fi****ms like real guns
2 - Honor - LF SW:AT Members must display honorable behavior while airsofting
5 - Experience - LF SW:AT Members must display excellence in airsoft, or possess similar and adaptable skills
4 - Respect - LF SW:AT Members must be respectful of Field Staff, Referees (Refs) and other airsoft players
3 - Intelligence - LF SW:AT Members must be intelligent and know the rules of the airsoft field
6 - Flexibility - LF SW:AT Members are asked to have fun and express themselves while airsofting
7 - Fairness - LF SW:AT Members are asked to exercise fairness while airsofting

Further Explanations, Most Important Rules First
1 - Safety:
Safety first! - Wear eye protection where mandatory. Treat all fi****ms as if they were real. Trigger discipline is emphasized.

2 - Honor:
Honor Code, be honest - Call your hits! When hit, say “Hit”, raise your hand, end pursuit and you can begin to say “Dead Man Walking” while returning to respawn. Cheating will not be tolerated! Most notable phrase mentioned is: If in doubt, shout “I’m out”. When dead don’t communicate.

3 - Intelligence:
Know and follow the rules - Read and sign the waiver. Assess player gear, play style, kills per game, team names, size and tactics. Identify possible toxic traits and cheating.

4 - Respect:
Respect referees, field staff, and other players - While on the field or in the facility, don’t do anything illegal. Don’t be toxic (Karen). Two wrongs don’t make a right, don’t take matters into your own hands, work with the refs and staff. Don’t lower yourself.

5 - Experience:
Experience Traits, Excellence, Skill Levels, Goals, Airsoft Resumes. Training checklist, utilize various tactics, gear, accessories and items - Skills outside of airsoft can be utilized on the field.

6 - Flexibility:
Have fun, fantasize, express yourself. Easily obtainable low priority goals - Use melee weapons, utilize real tactical gear, items and equipments, wear LARP costumes or cow onesies, rock that pink AK47, G36 or P90! Haters have one job, hating, and some are very good at their job. Don’t let negative opinions or energies of others slow you down, use them as fuel.

7 - Fairness:
Over-Powered Awareness - Everyone comes from different background and has different skill levels. Switch teams for a round, change, reduce or limit your loadout. Take a break and sit out a round, see if you can do a 7 vs All, work with refs, ask for ideas or suggestions to make the experience better for everyone else if you feel things are too one sided.
