When we asked him what he believed his business strengths were, here’s what he had to say:

"I'm stubborn. Too stubborn to accept failure so it creates a drive and relentless pursuit of success. I'm not afraid of not knowing the answer right then (or having to ask somebody else). I'm a big believer that it takes a team to create the right solution and the best move I can make is having the right people on the call (or in the room). Default yes. Always lean into opportunities rather than away. But then take a hard look at the yes to see if it is the right kind of yes. Accountability. I love accountability because it empowers folks to be successful and give me a tool when they are not to help them understand why. In our business specifically, my experience and reputation of having done what we do help tremendously because I'm able to see operational struggles coming before they are a crisis.”
