Coach Challenge Day 1 – Arms

Greetings from Las Vegas! We hope your week is off to a great start.

The coaching team has put together a workout challenge to keep you active while we’re away. Please leave us some comments and pics below and let us know how you’re doing.

Warm up:
- Neck, arm, hip and knee rotations
- 6 rounds of spinal rocks

Arm workout:
4 rounds (:20 on, :10 rest)
- Push-ups
- Tricep dips
- Bumper push-ups

- Burpees!!! (How many sets of 10 can you do?)
