IN ACTION Fitness is about being "in action" with your fitness, health and life. Doing things you've never done before, to achieve results you've never had.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). NASM is one of the top recognized certification organizations for personal training in the US. I offer personal training based on structured programs and the Optimum Performance Trainingβ„’ model, with my years of personal experience and training.
