I am a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). NASM is one of the top recognized certification organizations for personal training in the US. I offer personal training based on structured programs and the Optimum Performance Trainingβ„’ model, with my years of personal experience and training.

My first cooked meal πŸ₯˜ at my new home in Fremont, CA. And one of the few good meals I've actually cooked over the past few weeks. This Monday I start work for πŸš—πŸ”ŒπŸ”‹as a construction project manager. The past few weeks have been intense and a little stressful, but I know that through πŸ’ͺand πŸ₯˜ everything else just works
