Make sure the next time you step on the scale you understand what you are weighing. It is possible to lose body fat, increase in lean muscle, go down 2 clothing sizes and still remain the same weight. Make sure you are also measuring body fat percentage, girth measurements (inches around waistline, hips, thighs, arms & chest) blood pressure, cholesterol levels and Fitness Levels (cardiovascular, muscular strength, muscular endurance & flexibility). It's important to be a healthy weight but your health is much more than that number on the scale.


Tomorrow is the day !!! Boot Camp starts at 9:30am. If you can see this you can come. Be fed, rested, hydrated, sunscreen for those that are sun sensitive. Bring one gallon of water each. Team Salvato will DOMINATE. \m/\m/
