Stay cool this summer with this adult version of Mint Lemonade
SERVES 4
• 4 cups cold water
• 4 tablespoons of Lime Juice
• 5 fresh mint leaves, plus more for garnish
• ½ a lemon, seeded and peeled, plus more for garnish
• ½ cup Vodka
• 1 cup raspberries
• 1 cup blueberries
• Monk fruit to your desired sweetness
DIRECTIONS
1 In a high-speed blender, blend the water, lime juice, mint leaves, monk fruit and lemon until smooth. Strain into a pitcher. Mix in the vodka. Serve over ice, garnish with raspberries, blueberries, lemon slices and mint leaves.
2 Enjoy!

What are the advantages of protein in your diet?

Here it is: the PERFECT fitness dessert!
It’s light, it’s full of protein, it’s low in sugar and it’s PACKED with delicious, strawberries and cream flavor. Oh, and it’s only 155 calories for a very generous portion!
Don’t even think about making this recipe with any protein other than your favorite Strawberries & Cream Premium Whey Protein.
SERVES 4
• 16 ounces frozen strawberries
• ¼ cup granular Swerve, divided
• pinch of sea salt
• 2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
• 2 cups Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
• ⅔ cup (2 scoops) Strawberries & Cream Premium Whey Protein Powder
• ¼ cup ripe strawberries, optional topping
DIRECTIONS
1 Thaw the frozen strawberries at room temperature for 10 minutes. Blend in the food processor. Stir in 2 Tablespoons of the granular Swerve and a pinch of salt. Let sit for 10 minutes.
2 Transfer the strawberry mixture to a strainer, positioned over a bowl. Press down on the berries to extract more juice, until only the seeds remain in the strainer.
3 Transfer 3 Tablespoons of the strawberry juice into a small bowl and sprinkle the gelatin over it. Allow the gelatin mixture to sit for 5 minutes, then mix with a fork.
4 Transfer the remaining strawberry juice from the bowl to a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Bring to a simmer and lower the heat to thicken and reduce the mixture down. Take off the heat and stir in the gelatin mixture.
