Stay cool this summer with this adult version of Mint Lemonade

SERVES 4
• 4 cups cold water

• 4 tablespoons of Lime Juice

• 5 fresh mint leaves, plus more for garnish

• ½ a lemon, seeded and peeled, plus more for garnish

• ½ cup Vodka

• 1 cup raspberries

• 1 cup blueberries

• Monk fruit to your desired sweetness

DIRECTIONS
1 In a high-speed blender, blend the water, lime juice, mint leaves, monk fruit and lemon until smooth. Strain into a pitcher. Mix in the vodka. Serve over ice, garnish with raspberries, blueberries, lemon slices and mint leaves.

2 Enjoy!

What are the advantages of protein in your diet?

Here are some things you should know:
1 - Having a protein-rich diet can help prevent spikes in blood glucose, balance energy levels, and keep your appetite and mood in check by slowing down sugar absorption.
2 - Having more protein in your diet can help you lose weight, thanks to the extra energy required to digest protein.
3 - Post-exercise, high-protein foods are important because physical activity like strength training damages muscle tissues so they can repair and become stronger.
4 - Eating a diet rich in protein helps to maintain brain function and keep concentration, focus, and energy levels up.
5 - Eating certain high-protein foods provides amino acids that balance hormones, control your mood, and relieve anxiety naturally.
6 - Having more protein in your diet helps to regulate blood sugar levels and lowers heart disease risk, in addition to preventing obesity and diabetes.

Before Fit Body, Amber struggled as a serial dieter. She would start a new plan and have the motivation for about 2 weeks but would eventually fall back into her old habits.

Once she joined Fit Body she was able to finally stay on track with both her nutrition and workouts, and was able to create new healthy habits in her lifestyle!

Here it is: the PERFECT fitness dessert!

It’s light, it’s full of protein, it’s low in sugar and it’s PACKED with delicious, strawberries and cream flavor. Oh, and it’s only 155 calories for a very generous portion!

Don’t even think about making this recipe with any protein other than your favorite Strawberries & Cream Premium Whey Protein.

SERVES 4
• 16 ounces frozen strawberries

• ¼ cup granular Swerve, divided

• pinch of sea salt

• 2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin

• 2 cups Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)

• ⅔ cup (2 scoops) Strawberries & Cream Premium Whey Protein Powder

• ¼ cup ripe strawberries, optional topping

DIRECTIONS
1 Thaw the frozen strawberries at room temperature for 10 minutes. Blend in the food processor. Stir in 2 Tablespoons of the granular Swerve and a pinch of salt. Let sit for 10 minutes.

2 Transfer the strawberry mixture to a strainer, positioned over a bowl. Press down on the berries to extract more juice, until only the seeds remain in the strainer.

3 Transfer 3 Tablespoons of the strawberry juice into a small bowl and sprinkle the gelatin over it. Allow the gelatin mixture to sit for 5 minutes, then mix with a fork.

4 Transfer the remaining strawberry juice from the bowl to a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Bring to a simmer and lower the heat to thicken and reduce the mixture down. Take off the heat and stir in the gelatin mixture.
