The 2022 CrossFit Open is almost in the books! It's been a GREAT few weeks and we are SO proud of all the outstanding performances and above all, the way this community has come together to support each other!
Now is the time to start getting ready for 2023 and beyond. If there are areas or skills you would like help working on, let us or one of the Coaches know and we will make it happen!

The 2nd week of the CrossFit Open is almost complete, just a few last minute workouts & 2nd (and maybe even 3rd) chances, and be sure to GET YOUR SCORES SUBMITTED before Monday at 5pm!
Get in this week, and keep training for week 3 and beyond at WildFire CrossFit.

Most people at this time set a goal, resolution, intention, whatever you want to call it to be healthier than last year
There is nothing wrong with that in fact that should be all of us
What makes a difference in accomplishing this is consistent action
What you decide to do doesn't need to be extreme
It needs to be something that you can do CONSISTENTLY
What that tends to be is something so simple that we dismiss it is being effective, however if you do that "simple" thing consistently your results will come.
So add a 10 min walk 2 days a week
2 fitness classes a week
Add veggies to one more meal a day
drink more water
Think about one simple, "easy", "I can do that" thing to add and do that
Do that for 30 days and then see where you are at
Maybe then you can add one more simple thing.
