Hello I been in training for 1 month and my waist went from 44 inches down to 40 inches I’m proud of myself every week I’m pushing it wasn’t easy but I’m doing it and not going to quit.

The best way to make time to train is to prep your meal for the week ginger tea, tortilla bread, spaghetti, rigatoni, penne rigate, onions, green onions, and chicken.

[11/15/17]   Everyday we wake up we ask ourselves what can I do to stay in shape, healthy, keep our body active, well Regenerate Health Fitness have the answer.

To keep the body fit, and healthy, you don't just workout, you have to eat right too it goes both ways. I call this deliciousness, rice with green onions, blended red bean with greens in it and onions, sauce with green onions, onions, beef, we ginger tea, and finally smoothie.

Evening after work I had to make culture Stew, plantain, potatoes, malanga, cabbage, greens, green onions, onions, beef. It has great protein iron vitamins and healthy too.

[09/20/17]   I don't miss a day of Regenerate Health Fitness training session, I have to keep my body active wherever I'm at.
