Adding a thigh stretch to your arm series will increase your heart rate, force you to use your core, and burn out your thighs and gluts. I try to get in about 7 reps of each (trust me, it's harder than it sounds)! Make sure to engage your gluts as you lean back on your shins and keep your abs engaged to avoid a back bend. ✨
