Dear Pilates By Jean Family,

First and foremost, I hope that this update finds you safe and healthy. Second, I want you to know how much I miss seeing each of your smiling faces at the studio.

The Studio will remain closed at least through April 30th per the Governorโ€™s mandate. All memberships continue to be on hold and session package expiration dates will be extended equal to the length of the closure.

In the meantime, please donโ€™t stop moving! To keep your Pilates practice going, I recommend that you do some of the stretches that we do in class (spine twist, spine roll downs, figure 4, standing monkey-use your kitchen sink) as well as some of the supine arms/abdominal series (with our without hand weights). To be sure youโ€™re moving your spine in all directions add in some bridging. You know we love planks, so maybe go ahead and throw that in too! Pilates Anytime has some good online mat classes if your interested in giving that a try๐Ÿ˜Š.

I cannot thank you enough for the love and support you have given to us over the past few weeks. We are beyond grateful for the Pilates By Jean community! We are looking forward to when this is all behind us, we reopen, and our lives return to normal!

We miss seeing you in the studio and had planned on a 2 week closure intending to open up on March 31st. Based on what we know today, we will need to extend the closure to April 13th for group classes. I will continue to freeze memberships and extend the expiration dates of packages.
