Losing weight is hard. Sometimes we get a great start in the morning then plateau. Maybe we are trying everything & our ending results are only 2lbs lost in a month. Exercise just isn't enough. Knowing what to eat is difficult too! Most meal plans out there are bland, boring & usually consist of just oatmeal, steamed chicken, brown rice, broccoli & are just 1200 calories for women & 1800 calories for men. I don't know about you but I want to murder someone eating that little when I'm exercising for an hour & a half a day 4-5 days per week.

I'm here to tell you that weight loss is so much more complicated than your calories in-calories out. It's also inflammation, hormones, sleep, water intake, physical activity, stress, & quality of calories that really matters. I have partnered with an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach Marian Mitchell who created a 4-week real food based meal plan weight loss guide that includes:

· Meal plans Monday through Friday

· Done-for-you weekly shopping lists

· Delicious and easy to prepare recipes (w/ tons of tips for shortcuts for those who don't like to or don't have time to cook)
