I’ve never seen more improvements than I have when I’ve worked with Zach! If you want to learn and waste no time in the gym, give him a chance you won’t regret it.
Zac is a fantastic trainer. I trained with him at another gym and he took me to another level. One of the best things about his training style is that he gets you to find the motivation within yourself to make it through. I realized right away working with him that his routines were going to be very challenging; not overkill or dangerous, but a legitimate and healthy challenge. He pushed me to do way more than I thought I was capable of. He told me to “dig deep” when he saw that I was starting to give up. Each workout, he brought out the best in me and helped me to stay motivated. He is knowledgeable, very good at teaching proper form, is positive and non-judgmental, and can really help you succeed if you do your part.

Zac is a 23 year old ambitious personal trainer who looks to make an impact on other peoples lives for the better through fitness.

Fun day trip in California yesterday 🌊 one of my favorite things about living in Arizona is all of the places you can drive to in like 4/5 hours 😂 able to pack all meals and stay 100% on track which is always nice, and getting to bring the dogs to the beach for the first time made me so happy lol gotta enjoy the little things. Made different 🙏🏼 12 weeks out, weighing 210 this morning. The leg pump was crazy today lol been kinda missing from social media the past month and it’s been great. It’s pretty cool to put your last stage shots next to being 22 weeks out and already seeing the improvements. Like a 10 lb difference in my weight between the photos here. Plans to max out my classic class at 197 and look shreddy. Came in at 191 at the europa in August last year. Thanks to my coach @_russ_allen and my body work wizard @the_phyzeeksmith for helping me get to where I am now. Feeling on point 💪🏼 @ smtfscottsdale

[05/09/20]   Coming for some nasty hamstrings this year! Learned this one from my brother and mentor @the_phyzeeksmith

Cable single leg hamstring curls - notice at the beginning of the video I am contracting my glute, locking my leg into place. Throughout the movement focus on keeping your toe dorsiflexed (pulled towards you), your adductor flexed by keeping your working leg in tight to your other knee, and without losing contraction of the glute squeeze those hamstrings as hard as you can! This movement can also be done with a band at home. Time to grow 💪🏼 @ethixpersonaltraining

[01/22/20]   What’s up everyone! It’s been a little while so thought I’d post something from last nights workout. Chest supported rear delt cable flys 🔥 one of my go to variations for rear delts. We had just finished up with some heavy upright rows so my traps were pretty engaged the whole time, which is okay I wasn’t necessarily trying to focus on just the delts, we were burning things out so everything was on fire lol give these a try your next delt day and let me know how you like them! @ethixpersonaltraining

I’ve learned as an entrepreneur that there really is no week “end” and you’ve got to enjoy the nice moments when you get them. Flex Friday 💪🏼 probably one of my favorite pictures from 2019, I remember doing some final posing run throughs with my brother @rothetrainer_ , I knew the deal was sealed winning him that INBA pro card. One of the hardest working guys I know.

2018 for me was a year of tough trials in life and lessons.. 2019 was a promising year of self growth and taking action.. 2020? Tunnel vision on the goals and things I’ve set out to do. There’s something different about this year, for the first time I feel like I’m doing exactly what I was meant to do. Just looking back at some old videos for motivation and found this one. I guess since it’s Wednesday too 🤷🏽‍♂️ Just some relaxed posing, I remember feeling like death this exact night haha

Although this look would be awesome to maintain year round, prep puts a lot of wear and tear on the body. Adding some healthy weight isn’t the end of the world after being shredded, although it’s hard mentally sometimes when you look at yourself. In the end your body will love you for it and you will grow! #letswork @ethixpersonaltraining

Today I went through my first yoga session with my brother G @awakening_warriors definitely something new to me 😂 however rest and recovery are just as important as intense training for making the best progress.

I suggest anyone getting into training of any type to always take the time to properly stretch, better mobility and range of motion greatly reduce the risk of injury improve your overall performance in the gym ☝🏼 #letswork @ethixpersonaltraining @ Self Made Training Facility Phoenix

Happy Monday! Realized I haven’t really posted any new workouts in awhile so here’s a tricep variation I’ve been digging lately ☝🏼 Reverse dumbbell skull crushers into a flared elbow tricep extension. Great way to hit all the angles and really spark some growth! The only movement should be coming from extending/bending at the elbow with a hard squeeze at the top. You all know how it goes, intense staring pictures always require some sort of long caption.. Here we go 😂 We are often the greatest inhibitors to our own success. A lot of times we are quick to find as many reasons as to why we’re not where we want to be.. whatever the case, whatever the excuse, ultimately you are the reason. Too much finger pointing and not enough self reflection these days. If you want change be the change, don’t just talk about it or blame other things as to why there isn’t change. Because ultimately, nothing changes If nothing changes 🤷🏽‍♂️

This goes for me as well! I know I could be a lot further a long if I didn’t self sabotage so often, get stuck in my own head dwelling in anxiety at times overwhelmed by things greater than myself lol however I am constantly learning, and trying to grow and overcome these challenges. If I fail, that’s on me. If I win, you bet that’ll be on me!

Success won’t always be the outcome of our actions. It’s not controllable, but what is controllable is our effort, our quality of work, and if you keep hammering away at being better and better, staying consistent and true to yourself, success at some point or another will be the outcome!

Ultimately what I’m trying to get at, change starts with you. Look at yourself before you look at anyone else. I am by no means perfect, and have sooooo much to learn and work on, but that’s the cool part about life. The greatest roller coasters have the most ups and downs, don’t know if that’s a quote but sounds good to me 😂 have an awesome Tuesday!
