"It's Science"
Is strength training associated with mortality benefits? A 15year cohort study of US older... Prev Med. 2016 Feb 24;87:121-127. doi: 10.1016/j.ypmed.2016.02.038. [Epub ahead of print]
"Coincidence? I think not"

"Take your Fitness outside"
It doesn't always have to be power sn**ch and box jumps. Getting sun and some easy aerobic work can work wonders for you. Take your fitness outside!
"Speed is king"

"From business, life and fitness if we want to make it to the next level we need a coach"
"Strong people can come in small packages"
Erin and I have been working together for over a year remotely and worked together in person before that and her desire to get better never stops. She may not be the biggest athlete but her heart and determination are up there with best!
"The long game".
People want everything now and some are ready to work really hard to achieve it. But success is never measured in someone's initial effort but in the ability to keep moving forward no matter the obstacles or how long it takes. James has persisted and his efforts have shown for it, crazy thing he's not even done. He continues to move forward till he hits his goal because he is committed...he's playing the long game.
If you want to get better, you better do something about it!
Wake up, be awesome, go to sleep, repeat!
