Hey folks, I just wanted to warn everyone here about Autonation. I have dealt with this conglomerate of dealerships on two occasions in two different locations, one in Alabama where I'm originally from and one here in Phoenix up on Bell Rd. Both times they tried to take advantage of me. Luckily I'm pretty savvy when it comes to automobiles. Most recently I took my wife's car in to have it repaired and they tried to charge me over $800 to replace a body control module, when I priced the part through their parts department they told me that it would be $239 but the service department tried to charge me $314 for the exact same part. As if that is t bad enough I call 2 other dealerships and a friend that has access to the labor manual and found it that the labor time for the repair is 1.5 hours but they tried to charge me 2.5 hours at $150 per hour. I ended up getting my wife's car back and I'm doing the repair myself. I just want everyone to know that Autonation CDJR @ Bell Rd and I-17 is not an honest repair shop and buyer/customer beware.

We are super proud of Lauren and Shawn for being the HardWodder Athlete of the Month for April and May.

Both of these athletes have shown a tremendous amout of hard work and grit over the past few months and it has inspired many others in and out of the gym.

Kuddos to Lauren for completing a Marathon Ruck with the HardWodder team and Shawn who drove all the way to Montana to compete a Spartan Ultra 50K 💪🔥👊

It is so inspiring to see people do hard things and challenge themselves beyond what initially thought possible.

Here are 7 nutrition tips to prepare for it.

1. Hydrate! You must get in your water today to be hydrated for tomorrow. Drink at least 1 gallon of water today.

2. Eat a balanced diet today. I recommend a ratio of 30% Protein 35% Fat 35% Carbohydrates of your total calories.

3. Eat good quality Protein which means protein from clean whole meats like lean steak or chicken. Bonus points if you can get in 1g of protein per pound if your ideal body weight. For example, if you weigh 200 but your ideal goal weight is 150lbs eat 150 grams of Protein.

4. Wake up early tomorrow and eat a good breakfast with slightly lower fat and higher carb.

5. Immediately after the workout tomorrow be sure to replenish with lots of water and some simple carbohydrates like fruit. We will have some food available at the gym.

6. IMPORTANT if you want to recover well eat a well balanced meal with at least 30grams of protein within 90 minutes of working out.
