We develop fitness, not fighters. Yes, you’ll jab, uppercut and kick your way through class, but we believe in a well-rounded approach to working out. Our signature boxing-inspired circuit incorporates kickboxing, cardio, plyometrics, agility, and functional training exercises designed to push you to your personal limits and deliver maximum results.

Our rotating daily muscle focus helps clients not to overdo it on the same muscles day after day, but if you're consistently taking class 6-7x a week you're still at serious risk of overtraining, which can put a not-so-hot hamper on your goals 💪
