Hello all! Today was my 3rd day doing virtual classes. I love them! However today was hard for me to keep up because I am so sore! Any recommendations? Should I skip a day? I am trying to make the most of my free week so I can decide if I am going to continue. I would appreciate any tips! I have a stretching video that I am going to do before bed tonight. Maybe that will help. Thanks! I have been at the noon class for the last 3 days. You ladies are amazing!
I love Jabz and the training circuits created especially for women. I love that Jabz has also became a great place to meet other women and I have become great friends due to them.
What a great way to start off a Monday! Thank you to all the Jabz trainers for the support and encouragement. I recommend Jabz Happy Valley because, the trainers are amazing and really help you during your workouts! But really it’s the girls that are there working out with you who make this an supportive environment. The comradely is really the best! I have been there 3 weeks and I’m hooked!!

So it’s mid week... I have been kick boxing with JABZ this week and it has been both a grilling but seriously amazing experience. 5 am is something I don’t love, but the workouts start my day on the right foot! Looking forward to not only losing weight... but regaining the strength I haven’t had in years!

I was so excited for my 7AM core class that I left the house with my tank top on inside out and didn't notice until I got home. :) Great workout today! :)

Our rotating daily muscle focus helps clients not to overdo it on the same muscles day after day, but if you're consistently taking class 6-7x a week you're still at serious risk of overtraining, which can put a not-so-hot hamper on your goals πŸ’ͺ
