The Arkansas Volts took the field last night and held their own against a very good Rebels team.
While our offense was on the quieter side, our defense was the star of the show 🤩
The scoreboard may have been toppled against us, but our girls did not allow that to bring down their energy or determination ⚡️💪
We had hard hit line drives that were caught, several put outs, and some pretty stellar pitching!
The Volts were full of energy, knocking down several well-struck balls in the infield and executing relays from the outfield when the other team got ahold of them. We had outfielders having their infielders backs (and vice versa) and out there making play calls. I call that being leaders!
Despite what the score said, that game was FULL of wins in our book! 💜💚
Ready to bring that same energy to the second half of Benton Fall season!
