This Thursday, we’re switching it up (just a little) and taking our Deep Stretch class to the wall! Same poses you know and love (or love to hate) but this time we will use the wall as a prop to add a little something to the shapes. Same chill vibes with lots of time reclined on your mat. Same time and place!
