Time to introduce the man who created the Iron Will challenge - Sam Taylor. Will’s Dad. Who seems to enjoy seeing people push their limits to support Muscular Dystrophy UK, and fighting back against Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy on Will’s behalf. Great view of the iconic half shot sir Nick hit at the 15th hole of the 1992 Open Championship. Think of the hours of work that created this 🙌🏼

Learn from choices yes, but to berate yourself, feel shame or guilt for them is redundant.

Do you have a process? The best players in the world talk about this all the time!

Should you be trying to swing it faster?
The truth is, probably not.
Unless your smash factor (quality of strike) is high, it’s not the most efficient way to gain distance.
And if your swing path isn’t consistent then it will just make you less accurate.
So unless you swing the club proficiently and strike the ball consistently, speed training will at worst harm your game and at best be a bad use of your time.

As Big Ben tolled, Her Majesty The Queen’s coffin made its final journey through London.
From Westminster Abbey, along Horse Guards, down the Mall to Wellington Arch, the Procession, led by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, included detachments from the British and Commonwealth Armed Forces who held a special relationship with The Queen.
His Majesty The King, joined by other members of The Royal Family, followed Her Majesty’s coffin to Wellington Arch where it was lifted into State Hearse by the Grenadier Guards to travel to Windsor for the Committal Service at St George’s Chapel.
Representatives of the George Cross foundations from Malta, the former Royal Constabulary, and four representatives of the NHS, which was awarded the George Cross last year following the pandemic, also join the Procession.

Recording your swing and owning it is a powerful way to learn and improve, BUT only if you get your camera positioned correctly.
Even more importantly when you are sending it to your coach 😁 Keep learning and working hard, everyday is an opportunity to get better. ⛳
