Functional Fitness is a trainer-led class designed to improve your climbing, strength, mobility and stamina to supplement all your fitness endeavors. Expect a two part warm up, a strength/skill segment and conditioning through the use of bodyweight movements and free weights.

Join Coach Matthew Tuesdays + Thursdays from 6:15-7:15pm and be sure to give him a warm welcome!
