Representing West Allegheny High School, Jonathan set a new Meet Record & School Record by winning the boys 400m dash in a time of 48.08s at the 2026 Butler Invitational

Double Sprint Gold Medalist - Rachel

Representing Moon Area High School, Rachel won 2 gold medals in the 200m & 400m respectively at the ‘26 Butler Invitational.

Double Jumps Gold Medalist - Javon

Representing Shady Side Academy, took home gold medals in the Long Jump & Triple Jump at the ‘26 Butler Invitational

NATIONAL SPOTLIGHT

El1te Spr1nts’ work showing out the National Level.

Freshman Claire Karsman earned herself an All American Ranking by placing 8th in the Long Jump at the New Balance National Indoor Championship. She leaped to personal record of 17’4.25”.

Claire is also an ECNL soccer player with the Pittsburgh Riverhounds Development Academy. In January, she was selected to represent the United States Youth Soccer Olympic Development Program (USYS ODP) East Region team in Florida.

El1te Spotlight…… Cayden

Cayden a 8 year old multi sport athlete has been busy with football & basketball & cross country since his first track and field Junior Olympics experience this past Summer. He competed unattached and placed 1st in every Cross Country meet he competed in during the season. Cayden also placed in the top 3 in multiple 5k’s in his age group as well.
Heading into the Junior Olympics Cross Country Regional Championship, he’s joined Embrace Sportz out of Michigan to compete nationally, and he lead that team to a Regional win placing 1st overall.

El1te Spotlight turns to Maya…

Maya is a 4th grader who has been playing up on a local 5th grade youth basketball team.
Maya recently made Team Pennsylvania AAU National team out of Harrisburg. She is also playing up on that 5th grade squad as starting Point Guard. They won their first tournament a little over a week ago.

El1te Spotlight…. Claire

A freshman at Sewickley Academy, Claire was named a WPIAL All-Section and All-WPIAL soccer player. She is also one of the top goal scorers in the WPIAL currently with 28 goals and 21 assists so far this season! Claire’s team is heading to the finals of the WPIAL playoffs later this week!

El1te Feature…. HS freshman, 10th place finish overall at WPIAL XC Championships. Qualified for XC State Championship with a PR of 18mins 40secs.
