With everything going on in the world today, there’s no better time to focus on yourself and start taking care of your health and fitness goals. At La fitness we are here to help and make it easy for you to accomplish those goals. We’re operating 5 am to 10 pm Monday through Friday and 8 am to 7 pm Saturday and Sunday.
