By participating and winning in multiple national qualifier and super regional events, Affinity prepares our athletes for higher levels of competition.
Founded in 2007, the Affinity Volleyball Club has been providing opportunities for girls from age 12 through 18 to improve their playing skills during the off season for almost 15 years. While the focus of Affinity over the years has been to provide an affordable club volleyball experience to players from Bald Eagle Area, we have also opened our gym to players from State College, Philipsburg-Osceo

Our Affinity 15s team finished up four days of playing today at the AAU National Championships in Orlando. We played hard against teams from across the country…Wisconsin, Michigan, Delaware, Florida, Idaho, Texas, South Carolina, Illinois, and Maryland and finished in the top one-third of 180+ teams.
Way to go Affinity!

After winning a bid at the 15U Flood City Challenge back in March, our Affinity 15s are heading to Orlando this weekend to participate in the 49th AAU Girls' Junior National Championships. They'll be competing against 180+ teams from around the country in the 15 Club Division.

The Affinity 15s competed this weekend at the York Strong Finish Tournament. They finished 2nd out of 22 teams from around the region, including Washington D.C., Maryland, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania.

Our Affinity 15s and 16-White teams traveled to Windber for the Ridgetop Rumble 16U tournament.
Both our teams made it into the Gold bracket, where they faced off against each other in the semi-finals.
The 16-White team finished 3rd in the event while our 15s went on to beat the Ridgetop 16 Premier team in the finals to win the whole event.
Way to go Affinity!

Big congratulations to all of our teams who competed this weekend!
The Affinity 14s team won the championship match at the SLAMFEST 14U tournament at West Branch.
Our 16-White team finished 3rd at the Morrison's Cove tournament.
The 15s team lost in the Gold semi-finals at Steel City Freeze in Pittsburgh, finishing 3rd out of 19 teams. And, our 16s team lost in the Silver semi-finals.
Congratulations to our players and coaches and big appreciation to all of our families for supporting our teams!

Our Affinity 15s and 16s will be playing all weekend.
Our 16-White team will be playing at Morrison’s Cove Memorial Park on Saturday and our 14s will be at West Branch on Sunday.

All after school activities are cancelled this evening at Bald Eagle…so no practice for our Affinity teams tonight.
Our 15s, 16s, and 16-White teams all have tournaments this weekend.
The 12s, 13s, and 14s teams will practice 9:00-11:00 on Saturday morning.
No practice tonight...our regular practice this week will be Thursday, February 3rd.
