She has been practicing Reiki since 2000 and has been a Reiki Master since 2004. She continues to further her education currently studying for a degree in Complementary Health and Alternative Medicine. Amanda has seen how balance creates holistic harmony and imbalance creates illness or distress. She believes that health is established through the complementary avenues of combining Eastern and Western philosophies of medicine. Joanna’s area of interest is development and change- whether that is business, organizational, professional, or personal. She has been working with resorts, spas, and wellness centers since 2005. She has been a practicing massage therapist since 2008. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Development and is currently working on her Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership. She believes all people have potential. She also believes education, health and wellness all play a part in accessing this potential. Both Amanda and Joanna recognize change is inevitable. Therefore, they strive to stay updated on the latest research and updates in the health and wellness industry. Although having very different backgrounds and interests, they still share the same ultimate goals of promoting wellness through education. They value education, their own, as well as others.
