Surrounding yourself with good people who are passionate and most importantly have integrity is something that is very important to me. Did you know that you are the average of the five people you spend the most amount of time with?

I’m so grateful to say that I am a part of something very special with so many amazing mentors that are building a dream with a foundation stronger than ever!

In 2013, I allowed myself to dream and signed up for my first full marathon. I used a little program called P90X3 to crosstrain and prepare. 11 years later it just feels right to say I’m now training for my third full marathon and joining an amazing company that’s bringing on the man himself, Tony Horton!

I would love to share this exciting momentum with you 🙌

5k sprint intervals with my favorite running Buddy Gizmo… he loved it when I would sprint I think I may have actually tired him out for once he jumped right in the car to leave when we were done. The second picture is his favorite drinking spot, my camera was foggy from being in my pocket 🙌 🏃‍♀️ 🐶

5k sprint intervals on the treadmill, my goal for this year was to cut down on distance and work on getting my speed up… who else does intervals? I was going for a minute and a half walking and 30 second sprints.

You see... Not everyone looks for 𝗧𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗦𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗦, some just 𝙉𝙀𝙀𝘿 a few 𝗛𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗥𝗘𝗗.

𝙈𝙤𝙨𝙩 people come looking for FOOD money, not FUN money.

And that is why I stayed in this industry, finding a passion in helping with just that for countless people.
I saw the power in this timing, with these people, this company and these owners, to make the impact I’ve dreamt about.

Meal prepping… partially for myself and partially for my 19 year old son… who else is done with paying for DoorDash?!?! I swear lol but seriously my kids love this chicken in the crockpot, recipe in the comments.

Gizmo and I had to take advantage of this beautiful 80 degree day in April ☀️ 2.6 miles on the heritage trail and lots of fun creek breaks for my water baby.

Combination strength 💪 always feels great to get back on track after vacation! Btw this pre workout is DELICIOUS and opened windows make me smile 😃

It was a beautiful fall weekend, lots of miles with my running buddy Gizmo, Mario Lemieux 6.6k and a boat ride to see the turning leaves 🍁
