Somewhere between the sea and the sky, between the cliffs and the clouds, we came together last week to slow down, explore, connect, practice, and sing. Surrounded by community and by the wild & rugged landscape of the Cliffs of Moher, we soaked in the magic of each other’s presence and the wonder of a land that’s endured long before us. Another incredible One Point One retreat in the books, thanks to the vibrant souls who dove headfirst into the bliss of this incredible place and to the wonderful staff at .retreat. SADHANA 2027 is officially open for registration!

Sadhana is a nine-month program plumbing the depths of yoga through study, practice and commitment. Whether you’re a student longing for more or a future teacher waiting to learn, we offer two paths for this journey:
*
SADHANA 1: 13 weekends to dive deeper into your understanding of this practice’s origins, purpose, philosophy and your own body, mind, breath and movement.
*
SADHANA 2: Join for all 13 weekends of Sadhana One, plus 5 additional weekends to explore your own teaching and how to lead students through breath, movement and meditation practices. Upon completion of all of your work and exams, you will be able to register with Yoga Alliance as a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher.

We offer Seva scholarships to lower pricing in exchange for helping tidy the studio after each of our sessions. If you’re interested in being considered for one of these positions, please email us at [email protected] with your name, which path you’re interested in (Sadhana One or Two) and why you would like to be considered for a scholarship by October 1, 2027.

An in depth study of the anatomy and physiology of the brain, nervous system, and the hormones affecting mental health. Explore both Eastern and Western perspectives on the history of mental health and human growth & development and explore the yogic techniques that may support and build resiliency for clients’ emotional and psychological well-being.

Total series is good for 20 hours in our Yoga Therapy program, 300 hr training, or YACEUs, and open to general students for learning and inquiry. In-person at One Point One Butler or livestream/replay, all at the link in our bio.

For those looking to strengthen their skills working one-on-one with individuals in the practice of yoga, we’ve got something coming up next month: The Private Practice Lab with Megan

Learn multiple orthopedic tests that will help you better understand pathology and dis-ease in each client’s body. Learn how to implement those tests, and how to weave the information that you gain from them into your work with each individual. Leave with assessment strategies to help intelligently guide your planning in order to create plans tailored to each client’s needs.

Sound Immersion & Slow Flow is back this summer ✨

Join and Cleveland-based yogi and musician Ylonda Rosenthal-Greene () for a two-hour Slow Flow yoga class and sound immersion experience.

While Sadie leads the class through our slow flow, Ylonda will play the singing bowls and the cello ending with an extended savasana set to the vibrations of her gong.

Part of our Yoga Therapy Training Program, Yoga for Cancer is a 3-day series for understanding & developing practical skills to support those navigating diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship of cancer.

The series begins with a comprehensive overview of cancer from both biological and linguistic perspectives. The second day turns toward practice and application, exploring yoga-based tools that can be sensitively applied across the cancer continuum. The final day emphasizes applying knowledge and skills in therapeutic contexts in ways that are informed, ethical, and deeply supportive.
