Aliquippa Youth Wrestling

Looks like some of our Aliquippa Boys have taken their talents to Moon this season. We tried to bring the program back this season but there were conflicts with the school. Hopefully we can be back in the future…

Even without a official wrestling team this year, there is still at least one of our Aliquippa wrestlers still out there making us proud… DJ Towler represented his community well today… 1st Place at the Trinity Odd Age Tournament, outscorong his opponents 45-3 over the course of three matches & managed to walk away with 1st place…

He might be on the Hopewell team this year but his roots are still Aliquippa‼️ Keep up the good work DJ and we will continue to follow your progress throughout the remainder of the season.

We will be unable to haves wrestling team this year due to conflicting time schedules. We will be back next season though. But just because we won’t have a team here in Aliquippa doesn’t mean you have to take the season off. Feel free to join Hopewell, see below post to sign up.

Today we took 5 kids to wrestle at North Allegheny and all 5 wrestlers walked away with trophies. As coaches not only do we look to teach these kids how to wrestle but how to take you wins with your losses as well as discipline.
