Twin 20s Recap

Great night at the Twin 20s! We started the night by qualifying 2nd in our group, then rolled off 2nd in the heat and picked up the win.

That put us starting 4th in the first feature, and we were able to work our way to the front and bring home the WIN!

For the second feature, we spun the invert wheel and drew a 6, putting us 6th on the starting grid. We came home with a 5th-place finish to cap off a solid night.

The #56 team will be making the trip to Imperial, PA looking to put together a strong night with two 20-lap RUSH Late Model features on tap.

Sunday night at Eriez Speedway was Manufacturers Night, with over $45,000 worth of prizes given out to the racers!

We were fortunate enough to come away with two Hoosier Tire Mid-Atlantic tires and a Racing Electronics receiver-pro. Huge thank you to everyone who donated and contributed to Manufacturers Night and continues to support local dirt track racing. It’s greatly appreciated! Special thanks to my Dad and Steve-o! We got home late Saturday and went through everything to make sure the engine was not hurt! Along with all that we found quite a few problems and had them fixed. Vinny, Bob, and Nico also pulled late night and early morning to make sure we’d make it to Eriez Speedway! It takes an Army 💪🏻

Just a little update from last night at Pittsburgh Pennsylvania Motor Speedway. We fought a horsepower issue all night. Once we’d get into the turn the car would feel like it’d lose a lot of power. We do not have foam in our fuel cell. So this may have finally been sucked up after time.

Had a great car and came from 14th to 4th. Just hard to keep momentum with these crate cars under power and on a hammer down track. Then over time the car overheated and was losing more power.

The black cloud will eventually pass! This is an FYI for our fellow crate drivers! Check your fuel cells and fuel filters!

With Marion Center Raceway cancelling, we will head to Pittsburgh Pennsylvania Motor Speedway to do some local racing!
