There are 3 fundamental truths about God that we must agree on or we have no business working together:

1️⃣ Your desires are your divine instructions

You must deeply care about bringing your desires forward, so much so that you will go all in for them and the expansion that goes with them…

Even though they will cost you the familiar, your safe zone. It will rock the boat in your relationships.

I’m here to help you transcend the patterns that block your desires, but you must be willing to surrender to the truth that they matter. That following them serves you and everyone around you.

That God is calling you to them as a portal to claim the next level of your power and to serve the collective.

2️⃣ You were born worthy and good enough

You do not need to be redeemed by anything outside you. You don’t need to be redeemed period, you only need to remember the truth of who you really are.

My work is to help you remember and embody your worth.

Your worth is your portal to unlock a deeper connection to God, to your creativity.

3️⃣ God is unconditional love. The kind of love that says “all of you is welcome here.”

I know this one sounds obvious. And the deep conditioning from your family and religious influences have you still projecting conditional aspects of your parental relationships onto God.

It’s why you still prove, still doubt, still hide your messy parts… and still accept and settle for less than your standards.

I’m here to guide you back into that unconditionally loving relationship with yourself and with God the Creator.

You may not know this deep in your bones yet, but you agree with these fundamental truths…

Because your worth and your connection to God is all you will ever need to experience the power of your creativity and to feel truly alive in this life ❤️

No matter how I feel about the wars that we get involved in or the shadows of the patriarchy in military structures…

I have so much f*cking respect for veterans, our modern day warriors, that are willing to risk everything for what they believe in.

To stand for freedom. To fight for each other’s lives.

I admire their love and loyalty. They will not leave anyone alone or behind.

This admiration certainly deepened since meeting my husband Adam (a combat veteran) but the truth is, I’ve been mesmerized by the warrior experience for as long as I can remember.

My heart aches for those who suffer internally. Emotionally.

My heart is inspired by those who are willing to go all in to do what they are meant to do.

I’m lit up by the level of bravery in those who stand for love, loyalty, and liberation.

In my work, I’ve been supporting veterans in their healing of moral injury and homecoming for years.

I have been guiding women entrepreneurs with healing from normalized family trauma and shame for years.

I’ve been asking for years how these two paths really go together… how they intersect…

Why veterans AND spiritual, high-achieving women?

It’s still unfolding. More to come.

But one thing I know…

I am here for the people who are willing to let the smaller self “die” in order to go all in for their expansion, true desires, and connection to God…

In order to liberate who they really are
To love themselves and their tribe fiercely

And to live with freedom…

…no matter the cost ❤️

My heart melted to see my little Stella beaming during her “Starry Night” ballet recital today. She loves the stage.
