Down at not only is the physical grind important, but the messages that the coaches spread are contagious!! Had the awesome opportunity to speak at the end of practice, and whether you follow the Christian religion or not, I thought this passage was a great opportunity to translate into the sport of wrestling!!

How can we relate this to our lives? We can visualize our goals in our hearts and every fiber of our being, and always be ready to JUSTIFY and DEFEND our actions towards reaching them with the knowledge of what it takes to live the right lifestyle!!
