Happy 13 years of Eric Zahn Builders!!! Thank you, Eric, for working so hard to build this great company, and for continuing to work hard to build, learn, teach, grow, improve, challenge us, and make us laugh, week by week, month by month, year by year. (When you own your own business, parts of your day off can look like this: hike a little, take a call from an architect, hike a little more, take a call from your job site supervisor followed by a call from a client, canoe a little, take a call from another client and let your wife paddle you around the lake because the call lasts a very, very long time.) Anyway, keep up the good work, and thanks to our employees for being part of EZB and building awesome houses!!!

Lots of work happening here in the shop and on our jobsites! Our great team is busy with custom cabinetry, deck building, garage building, trim work, door installation, wallpapering, cabinet installation, etc. and our great subcontractors are busy painting, wiring, plumbing, HVAC, tiling, doing masonry, finishing floors, etc. 🏡 🪛 🪜 🔧 🖌️ 💡

JLC Live 2024! We go to this residential trade show every year to take classes to learn about all aspects of running a successful residential construction company, and visit vendor booths in the exhibit halls to learn about the latest tools and building products. So much fun!

Getting ready to haul and install this beam for a house renovation project! Project Manager: Paul Manzolini. Jobsite Supervisor: Anthony Dottavio. Thanks to our Shop Manager, Chris Wilson, for building out this 5,000 pound beam made of metal and wood!

I launched our new website today! Shout out to Tristan Manzolini for building it for us all those months ago! I finally had time to finish it up and am so excited for all of you to check it out. We build beautiful houses with our wonderful team, if I do say so myself.
