New Jersey father leading charge to mandate helmets in high school girls lacrosse

A few years ago, I made it mandatory for new players to wear helmets. The program was able to buy enough, and all the ladies who just graduated had the chance to try it out. Unfortunately, the certification changed, and the helmets became "illegal" (see also: more $$). Since then, I have had to watch players with concussions miss out on games, as well as school. This isn't getting the national attention the game deserves, but Rob Stolker in NJ is working to get your girls protected. I've had some good discussions with him and he was generous enough to send a helmet for a player who had multiple concussions.
