Endure. A Wellness Movement
ENDURE is a structured monthly strength and conditioning experience held the first Saturday of every month. Designed to challenge you physically and mentally, this session focuses on discipline, effort, and completion. All levels welcome. Registration required.

As February closes, we prepare to endure.
ENDURE: A Wellness Movement is happening Saturday, March 7th at 9AM at Central Park in Plantation.
This is not just a workout.
It’s strength training, conditioning, and mental endurance in a focused, supportive environment.
Expect:
• Full-body strength + conditioning
• Challenging but scalable movements
• High energy, intentional coaching
• A welcoming, focused atmosphere
• To leave feeling accomplished and proud of what you endured
Bring:
• Water
• A towel
• A mat (optional)
• A mindset ready to work
