🌟 Little kids. BIG fun. Fall classes are coming to PG Rec! 🌟

Looking for something to get your little one moving, playing, creating, and making new friends? We have three programs starting this September! 👇

💙 KID’S GYM | Ages 3–6
📅 Thursdays | 10:30–11:30 AM | Starts Sept. 10
💲 $25 Resident / $30 Non-Resident

A fun mix of imaginative play, active games, sports, and exercise! Children must be potty trained.

💚 KINDER TIME | Ages 18 months+
📅 Tuesdays | 10:00–11:30 AM | Starts Sept. 15
💲 $66 Resident / $76 Non-Resident

A parent + tot class with gym time, cooking projects, crafts, floor time, and activity rotations. Younger siblings are welcome, but anyone participating must be registered.

🧡 TODDLER GYM | Ages 18 months+
📅 Wednesdays | 10:30–11:30 AM | Starts Sept. 16
💲 $25 Resident / $30 Non-Resident

A parent-attended hour of imaginative play, active games, gym/sport activities, and movement.

✨ All three are 6-week sessions at the Pleasant Grove Rec Center.

The days may be getting shorter… but our Saturdays are getting LONGER. 😏

Starting Saturday, September 5, we’re switching to our winter Saturday hours:

⏰ 7:00 AM–9:00 PM
📅 September 5–February 27

That means more time for evening workouts, pickup games, family time at the Rec, or that workout you definitely planned to do earlier in the day. 😂

Early bird? We’ll see you at 7 AM.
Professional Saturday procrastinator? We’ve got you until 9 PM. 🙌

More hours. More time to move. More excuses to hang out with us. 💙

🏀🏈🏒 Inclusive Sports Day is THIS SATURDAY! 🎉

We’re teaming up with Mikey’s League for a FREE day of adaptive sports, and we want YOU there! Athletes will get the chance to try street hockey, flag football, and basketball in a fun, supportive environment designed for athletes of all abilities. 💙

📅 Saturday, September 5
⏰ 10 AM–1 PM
📍 Cook Family Park
⭐ FREE | Ages 6+

And it gets even better—every registered athlete will receive an event T-shirt AND a hockey stick to take home! 🙌

Heritage Festival is taking over Downtown Park on September 14—and the entire evening is COMPLETELY FREE!

💦☀️ THE FINAL SPLASH IS COMING! ☀️💦

What a season! From early morning workouts to sunny poolside sweat sessions, our Aqua Fitness crew brought the energy ALL summer long. 💪🌊

As summer winds down, here are the dates to know:
💧 Deep Power Water: Finished for the season as of August 13
💧 All other Aqua Fitness classes: Continue through Labor Day — Monday, September 7

That means there’s still time for a few more splashes, laughs, and pool workouts before we officially say goodbye to Aqua Fitness for the year! 🏊‍♀️

A HUGE thank you to our incredible instructors and everyone who joined us in the water this summer. You made this season so much fun! 💙

Now let’s soak up every last class while we can. ☀️💦

Our Fall Group Fitness Schedule drops August 31, and we may have gotten a little carried away with this one. 👀🔥

We’re bringing you your favorite classes PLUS new formats, new times, and even more ways to move this fall.

💪 Want to get stronger? We’ve got you.
🔥 Want to sweat? Ohhhh, we’ve got you.
🧘 Want to slow down, stretch, and reset? Yep.

Youth Volleyball is coming back to PG Rec, and there’s still time to get your player on the court! 🙌

Our coed leagues for grades 3–12 are all about learning skills, building confidence, making friends, and enjoying some friendly competition.

📅 Season: September 12–November 7
🏐 Games: Saturdays at PG Rec
👟 Practices: Day/time determined by coaches
👕 Team shirt included!

DIVISIONS
🏐 3rd/4th Grade
🏐 5th/6th Grade
🏐 7th–9th Grade
🏐 10th–12th Grade
3rd–6th Grade: 7 regular-season games
7th–12th Grade: 7 games + an end-of-season tournament 🔥

💲 3rd–6th: $40 Resident | $60 Non-Resident
💲 7th–12th: $50 Resident | $70 Non-Resident

🚨 Registration closes AUGUST 22 or when leagues fill!
