I’ve had some busy end of the school year weeks, but still squeezing in workouts with all of this beautiful weather! Thursday, Friday, and Saturday join me at 8:30 for some cardio, body weight, and light weights. ☀️

It was a busy weekend at the fields!⚽️ Join me Thurs and Fri at 8:45 am, and Saturday at 8:00 am for heart pumping workouts in this beautiful weather. ☀️

I tried something new today. I took my first tennis lesson. The coach was calm, so nice, and took her time giving each of us specific real time pointers. She wants us to succeed. My skills are 🫣, so it can only go up from here! This is your nudge to try something new or something you suck at (🙋‍♀️). You will get better with time and patience…plus have something new in your repertoire.😁 Join me Thurs, Fri, and Sat at 8:45 am to push yourself.

My feet are still recovering from a fun filled Mother’s Day weekend. BUT, they will be ready for workouts Thurs, Fri, and Sat at 8:45 am! Hope to see you for some cardio, light weights, and body weight moves.

After a busy week, I moved our college kid home! I’m going to finish up the week with 8:45 am workouts Friday and Saturday. She may just join us and fill you in on her awesome year. 😊

This weather needs to make up its mind. Do I need a parka, sweatshirt, or shorts for workouts??? Join me Thursday at 8:45 am. It’s a crapshoot what you’ll need to wear.🤷‍♀️ I will be back next week to a sort of regular schedule. 🤣
