Today we had our annual team meeting and celebration of 2023’s successes. Our team achieved some really great accomplishments across the board, and I’m always impressed with the talent I’m surrounded by daily.

I was honored to have the most 5 star reviews from guests which was celebrated with some swag, and to have a 14% increase in service sales over 2022, which earned me a cash bonus.

I intend to use the cash bonus toward continuing my education with Hydrafacial so I can continue to increase my knowledge of skin biology and product chemistry so I can continue to give my guests the 5 star services they deserve. (And I may have purchased a bottle of V***e on the way home 🥂)

I want to thank Jackie Keller Scholl for trusting me enough to have invested in the Hydrafacial machine that was a huge part of this growth. And I want to thank my entire team, especially Kati Giles, for promoting me to their guests. I’m very thankful to be a part of this team that builds each other up.
