Not the goal we set out for, but that’s ok. These kids did exactly what we asked them to do and that is the bigger win. Saturday didn’t go our way, we get walked off by the eventual champs, battled back and forth for a tie go 0-1-1…. We teach the kids to control what we can control, let what happened stay in the past and play the next play….. these boys did exactly that. They flushed the near misses from Saturday and came out and won the silver bracket 16-0 and 16-1 on Sunday. Would have been easy to not show up because of disappointment, the life lesson we learn is things won’t always go our way, but we still need to show up for our brothers, we have to earn everything, nothing is given. Winning is hard, details matter, in life and on the fields. Our boys are hungry, they will be back grinding this week and will be ready for the next opportunity. Until then, congrats to our 9U, silver bracket champs!

Today and everyday is for fighting for those who have fought, are fighting, and the ones that will need to fight. We go pink in October. It’s not always about winning on the baseball field. Our boys are learning to win off the field as well. Baseball and sports in general teach valuable life lessons. Things get tough, we can’t give up, we keep fighting. This month is for you!! We stand with you!! We move as one!

We cannot wait to see these ballers take the field tonight for our Fall 2026 tryouts 👏👏👏 We will be at Coraci Sports Complex and tryouts will run from 6:00 - 8:00p.m. Katie Lowrey will be out there at the welcome table greeting everyone and checking them in. See everyone soon!
