Meet Kevin, originally from just outside Maggie Valley, North Carolina, and now a proud resident of Stuart, Florida. We met at a Stuart Rod and Reel club meeting and soon booked a fishing trip. Kevin was determined to land his personal best Snook, and boy, did he deliver!
He hooked multiple massive Snook, but tragedy struck several times before he finally got his new PB to the boat. Kevin’s persistence paid off, proving once again that Stuart, Florida, is home to some of the largest Snook around. He experienced firsthand just how hard these inshore game fish fight and why they are such a prized catch on the Treasure Coast.
