The things that have changed my life most weren't the things I felt completely certain about.

They were the things that kept calling me.

The things I couldn't quite stop thinking about.

The things that kept showing up in my awareness no matter how many practical reasons I had for waiting.

So let me ask you this:

What if the reason you keep coming back to yoga teacher training is because there's something here for you?

Not because you "should" become a yoga teacher.

Not because you need another certification.

But maybe because some part of you is craving something deeper.

This training isn't really about learning to teach yoga... at least not only.

It's about paying attention.

To yourself.
To your body.
To your patterns.
To your breath.
To the ways you've learned to move through the world.

It's about dedicating time to your own growth while being supported by a community of people who are also committed to learning, practicing, questioning, and becoming more fully themselves.

Yes, you'll learn anatomy, philosophy, sequencing, meditation, pranayama, trauma-informed teaching, and how to confidently guide others.

But you'll also learn things that are much harder to put into a curriculum.

How to trust yourself.

How to use your voice.

How to take up space.

How to stay present when things feel uncomfortable.

How to listen.

How to lead.

How to come home to yourself.

Those lessons tend to stay with you long after the training ends.

We begin in July, and there are only four spots remaining.

At some point, the decision gets made one way or another. The training fills. Life moves forward. Another year passes.

And maybe that's okay.

But if you've found yourself lingering on the training page...
If you've caught yourself imagining what it might be like...
If you keep coming back to the idea...

I hope you'll give yourself permission to explore it.

Because something inside you might already know... whether you feel ready or not. 🤍

DM me, text me, or stop me at the studio if you'd like to talk through whether this training is right for you.

Full room. Full hearts. 🤍

One of my favorite things about aerial yoga is that almost nobody walks into their first class feeling completely confident.

People come in curious.
Excited.
Nervous.
A little intimidated.
Wondering if they’re strong enough, flexible enough, coordinated enough, brave enough.

And then little by little… something shifts.

People laugh.
They surprise themselves.
They try things they never imagined they could do.
They support each other.
Cheer each other on.
Hang upside down and somehow leave feeling more grounded.

There’s something really special about watching a room full of humans step slightly outside their comfort zones together.

Not to perform.
Not to be perfect.
Just to experience something new.

These classes mean so much, not just because the room is full, but because this community keeps showing up with open minds and open hearts.... and bringing their friends.

And that’s pretty beautiful to witness. ✨

My heart is full. Thank you!

Maybe you keep circling back to yoga teacher training… and then immediately talking yourself out of it.

Maybe you think:
“I’m not experienced enough.”
“I’m not flexible enough.”
“I don’t know enough yet.”
“I’m not sure I could actually teach.”
“This probably isn’t for someone like me.”

I just want you to know… almost everyone who says yes to teacher training feels some version of that.

You do not need to arrive perfectly prepared.
You do not need to become someone else before you begin.

You are allowed to start exactly where you are.

This training is not about perfection.
It’s not about performing wellness.
And it’s not only for people who already see themselves as teachers.

It’s for people who feel the subtle pull toward something deeper.

People who want to understand themselves better.
People who want to reconnect with their body in a more compassionate way.
People who want tools for grounding, regulating, healing, growing, leading, and living more intentionally.
People who want to learn how yoga can support not just movement, but the nervous system, emotional wellbeing, self-awareness, and real-life transformation.

Yes, you’ll learn how to teach yoga safely and confidently.

But more importantly, you’ll spend months in a space where you are supported, challenged, encouraged, witnessed, and reminded that your voice, your perspective, and your presence matter.

You do not have to have it all figured out before you say yes.

Sometimes saying yes is the thing that helps you find your footing.

If something in you keeps leaning toward this…
I hope you’ll trust that.

A room full of people choosing themselves. 🤍

Some people walk into a yoga class feeling strong and ready.

Some show up overwhelmed from the day.
Some come in excited.
Some nervous.
Some curious about yoga for the very first time.
Some just needing to get out of their own head for an hour.

Some arrive carrying stress, grief, burnout, uncertainty, loneliness, hope, or energy they don’t quite know what to do with.

And then the music starts.
The room breathes together.
And for a little while, nobody has to have it all figured out.

Just people moving.
Sweating.
Breathing.
Trying.
Be-ing.

Looking around at a full room like this never gets old.

Not because the class was packed.
But because every single person in that room made the choice to show up for themselves.

And that matters.

If you’ve been thinking about coming to class lately, consider this your reminder that you do not need to be more flexible, more fit, less anxious, more experienced, or more “ready” to begin.

You can just come as you are.

We’ll meet you there. ✨
