Puppy Yoga + Adoption Event!
Because yoga is better with puppy kisses.

Get ready for one of our favorite events! 🐾 Join us Saturday, August 22 at 2:00 PM for an afternoon of yoga, puppy cuddles, and lots of smiles - all while supporting Delilah's 2nd Chance Rescue.

We'll move through a fun, puppy-friendly practice with plenty of downward dogs, puppy pose, and maybe even a little upward dog, while adorable rescue puppies wander the room looking for pets, cuddles, and attention. (Don't be surprised if one decides your mat is the perfect place for a nap during savasana.)

After class, you'll have time to love on the puppies, take photos, and, if you're looking to add a four-legged family member, meet pups who are searching for their forever homes. ❤️

Join Leslie for Yin Pose Stories & Contemplation.

Enter a space where stillness speaks. In this meditative Yin practice, we move slowly through seven long-held poses, each an invitation to soften, to listen, to receive. As the body settles, a story unfolds - woven to mirror the essence of the pose, gently guiding you inward.

Between breath and silence, you are invited into contemplation - not to analyze, but to feel… to notice what stirs, what opens, what rests.

We close in Savasana, where all is gathered, integrated, and allowed to simply be.
