Here we’re looking at a few movements we like to work on for a full body workout. She is current dealing with a torn MCL from her VARIOUS sporting adventures including skiing, tennis, running, and rafting! By looks it may not seem as if this client is even suffering from a torn ligament in the knee. But will thought out training programs specially selected movements you can continue to train and get stronger.

By maintaining a strong foundation and consistent program, if surgery is a possible option, the recovery should swift and efficient!
