Workout Program(increasing weight each set)-
Hip thrusts 4x12
Smith machine squats 4x12
Hip abductions 4x12
Leg press 4x12
Leg extensions 4x12
Leg curls 4x12
2 mile run on treadmill ๐๐ฝโโ๏ธ
Meal for the day- scrambled eggs and bagels, vegan tomato soup with some bread and a smoothie(banana, almond butter, almond milk, strawberries, chai seeds, flax seed meal, cacao nibs, dates) ๐คค

All about last week.
Last week has been a little rough for me. I wasnโt able to take myself to the gym but somehow I made it and had amazing workout sessions. Sometimes it takes a lot of effort to make it to the gym specially when youโre feeling low. Iโm proud of myself to have worked out ๐ช๐ฝ and took a few hikes, walks which got me through the week.
Motivating and working on myself everyday. Appreciating and loving myself everyday.
Thankful for the loved ones who motivate me everyday ๐๐ฝ

Hello Peeps
Welcome to my fitness journey where I will take you through my daily workouts and diet plans.
I would like to share my journey with everyone, how I started I and where I started and what kept me going.
So to begin with, I started my fitness training at Portland, Oregon during March 2022 and still following it consistently. I was sent to Portland from ireland by my work to get training(process engineer) and while I was in Portland I decided to invest some time to grow myself. I started with light weight training and trained for almost one hour everyday. First few weeks were really hard to hit the gym but I had a goal to achieve so I kept working hard. As time went by I started seeing results and it motivated me to keep working harder and lifting more. Going to the gym also helped me mentally, it elevated my confidence and boosted my mood. For my diet, I never really followed any particular diet because Iโm a foodie, I love my food. I also donโt take pre workouts or all the excessive amounts of gym products sold in supermarkets and fitness stores. I would recommend to people out there not to waste your money on fitness products, just have a positive mindset and that will help you to get where you want ๐
Just an FYI, I am a pescatarian and I donโt eat meat since I started training. I can confidently say that MEAT/POULTRY arenโt the key to gaining muscles.
