Hello! It’s a new year and I figured now is as good a time as any to introduce or reintroduce myself to those that are new here or maybe follow me and haven’t ever really known me at all. In my fitness life, I’m going into my 16th year as a NASM certified personal trainer. I’ve been featured as a fitness expert and have created workouts for Women’s Health, Men’s Journal, and Allure Magazines. I was a guest and guest co-host on the fitness podcast The Bodcast with and . I am trained in many different training modalities and a Fitness Nutrition Specialist and a Behavior Change Specialist. I took a 7 week course with , the co-creator of Intuitive Eating and incorporate its practice into my philosophy as a trainer and fitness expert.

I am a runner and I have run the New York and Brooklyn Half-Marathons and many other smaller distance races. I love all kinds of workouts that make me feel connected to my body and mind and make me feel like an athlete (although I do not consider myself one!).

I’m a mom of a 5 year old named Declan. I love working with moms who face the challenge of incorporating fitness into their hectic lives and all the changes our bodies make when creating a human.

I hold a BFA in musical theatre performance and I’m an actor/singer. I’ve been in many professional shows onstage and in film/tv/commercials—notably, the Broadway sit-down of Mamma Mia! in Las Vegas, commercials for Labatt beer, 1800-Contacts, Nike/Dicks Sporting Goods, and Bissell.

As a personal trainer, I love connecting with my clients, my class participants and most recently the women in my new 8-week Program, The Accountability Community (it starts Feb 7th! Link for the program in my bio!)

I hope you’ll reach out, connect and know I’m here for you if you want to get started on a fitness journey with me! I can’t wait to hear from you.
Xo, Natalie

Whew…here we all are again. It feels like 2020, doesn’t it? But like, weirder and we are all OVER IT. When we were in the thick of 2020 I did a 21 day meditation challenge. I didn’t think I would be able to find the time with my son at home and working a lot and being in the middle of a pandemic…but I made the time for myself…and wow did I feel better taking that 20 minutes a day for myself, to connect to me. When that was over, I started a running challenge. I got outside to run or walk almost every day. Again, I didn’t know how I would find the time for myself to do it but I made it a priority and I just did it. After I was done with my run or walk for the day, I felt more calm and more centered. I felt like I had taken some space back that I could hold onto in a time where everything was slipping from underneath me.

Simultaniously I was taking a course with Evelyn Tribole the co-founder of Intuitive Eating. I was learning and growing and throwing out my old ideologies of what fitness and wellness was “supposed” to be. I learned the harm that diet culture has created for each and every one of us. I was connecting more to myself and I wanted to connect other women in the same way to provide a space for support, connection, fitness, wellness, and health that didn’t include the scale, measuring, and shame.

From these experiences of mixing meditation with physical work and internal work, The Accountability Community was born. I created an 8 week program for a group of 10 women to offer support to one another as we do a combination of daily journalling, meditation, walks or jogs outside 2x/week and live zoom strength/cardio classes (taught by me) 2x/week (recorded if you can’t make it at the scheduled time) —for only 30 minutes/day 5 days per week.

I am going to start another group February 7th. If you’re interested and feel like this could be a good fit for you, DM me or email me at [email protected]. You’re welcome to write with questions. I hope to hear from you!

I don’t need to tell you that 2020 was crazy. You might forget that we are still going through some unprecedented times because this has been going on for so long. At this point, your health and fitness might be on the bottom of your list, but I promise you if it’s on the top, it will help you get through every day with that much more power and support. And speaking of support, join me and a group of amazing women I’m calling The Accountability Community to hold space for you and participate in daily activity, wellness, and holistic “challenges” with you for 8 weeks starting 10/18. As we move into shorter days and longer nights, do you find your desire to focus on your health and wellness waning? Are you wanting to stay motivated as we roll through Thanksgiving and into the holidays?

Earlier this year I completed a pilot program of this Accountability Community I’m about to start and I was floored. The women in this trial group brought so much of themselves *to* themselves and each other. They showed up with open hearts, humor, and commitment to their physical and mental health through daily challenges that include workouts, outdoor walking and jogs, journaling, meditating and self explorations—all in only 30-40 minutes a day, 5 days per week for 8 weeks.

Maybe you’ve found that you’re in a place where you’ve put fitness and wellness on the bottom of your list. Maybe you would like to begin again but the thought of starting is daunting and maybe even scary. Maybe you’ve been on a health and fitness journey already but you’re looking for support from 9 other women who will cheer you on as you put yourself first for once. Or maybe you simply want to look at fitness in a new way that doesn’t include crazy diets, a ton of equipment (that will end up collecting dust later) and the shame that diet culture ultimately showers on you in a typical fitness program.

I can’t express in words how passionate I am about this program. We are going to create a small community together with daily Physical and Mental challenges, 2 live Zoom classes a week for only 20-30 minutes that will meet you on *your* fitness level (also recorded if you can’t make the scheduled time), and a dedicated, user friendly app all in one easy spot.

I’m offering an Early Bird venmo only pricing special of $257 if you purchase before October 1st. After that, the price goes to $315. You also have the option of breaking up the package into 2 payments, available on my website.

DM me for more details or go to fitnessbynatalie.com/challenges to get started! Use my 15 years of experience and let’s kick the end of 2021’s butt TOGETHER!!
