Schnitzel challah sandwich with fried eggplant and tomatoes- with a side of spicy sauce (Gochujang, mayo, garlic, sugar) definitely contains chametz:) This was my last day of my pop up kitchen. Tho it is a lot of work on top of my other commitments and my other jobs and being a mom etc etc …It was a success and I’m grateful for all the orders and support! I’ll post future menus here end of April or early May-Pesach Sameach !

B”H we had a great event last night. I’m forever grateful for my family and friends helping me and supporting me always to be the best I can be. It’s an honor and privilege to prepare food for the community- It took a team of 7 people that helped throughout the past couple days to make 250 servings of food, to prep to set up , to decorate, to serve, and the best part ..to clean. Thank you and love you all Rafi & my friend Jose!
