This is a Customer Service position for the Portland, Oregon location supervised by the General Manager. An Accountant Level 1, 2, or 3 background is helpful but not required, but fluency with computer software including point of sale, spreadsheets and data entry, is absolutely necessary. Additional training is also provided.

This position requires a great customer-friendly service attitude, alertness, and customer service handling of issues relating to parents and small children. Collection of payments and explanation of billing features is also part of the requirements.

A background in gymnastics, cheer, or dance is extremely helpful.

If hired, a background check and other certifications are required, but these hiring expenses are covered by the Company. We are looking for long-term employment to develop experienced employees.

We have some updates

Dear USA Gym Clubs community,

How we are adjusting to Oregon Governor's reclassification of Multnomah County to "Extreme Risk" Covid-19 restrictions:

• In-person classes continue, with specific limits of students in consecutive pods and total limits in the studio space. Instructors are limited as necessary to properly teach and manage classes.

• Students will continue sanitary measures of washing at the beginning of class, safe distancing 6 to 10 feet and no contact, frequent access to hand sanitizer stations, mask requirements (age 5 or older), wash at the end of class, and sanitized equipment between use.

• No adults permitted in the training studio at this time, other than authorized instructors.

Most classes are currently full. We will add more classes as spacing requirements permit. Parents can waitlist classes to obtain the earliest possible opening. We anticipate that more classes will be available in 3 to 4 weeks.
